Even after my athletic career concluded, I recognized that my journey of personal growth and self-improvement was far from over. With certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge to better support my clients in achieving their goals.
